i think i need sugar now, cos i think my blood levels are down and i feel like puking and eating starchy stuff and no-one is saying anything nice at all...oooh salvation is at hand in the form of potato bread - the lovely ones from Carrefour. they're really good right off the oven, and sometimes they're finished by the time i reach the payment counter.... so just show the barcode tag and pay for ingested food! yummy.

what's for dinner eh? mmm... hot on the list is the beef noodles in KL centre, just opposite the RHB Bank branch. but it's raining cats and dogs and the trafffic will suck. so that can wait another day... tomyam lah, what else...
