stomach upset over Wednesday's dinner. that's 2 days ago. or was it the sudden influx of beer last night. a combination of so many factors. think i'll lay off beer for a while. maybe a week. har har! at least no more consumption by the litre / jug. uuurrrgghhh. it's so darn hot out there, as always. makes one yearn for the rainy season? it's a case of wanting what we don't have, isn't it.
i'm in a bit of a muddled state currently - could be due to the imbalance of my digestive system due to over-eating consistently... my sense of direction also has a lot to do with it. i'm experiencing some crap which i should have dealt with when i was, maybe, 24? questions in my head like, what the fuck should i do now, and all that... wasting brain-space and energy only.
i had a nice lunch yesterday with my old pal Nona... i was besotted with her eons ago but then it never happened, so... she got married, has 2 kids and a step-daughter as well,plus a little weight to attest to her child-bearing activities. it was nice catching up about old friends and all. friends do come and go, don't they. i think the only reason Nona and I are still friends must be because we didn't have a full-blown thing going on. or is it the potential business dealings? money talks pretty loudly nowadays, and gets more attention that it deserves. aaahhh sweet Nona... the best i could muster was to peck her on the cheek (oooh i was an angel in those days) 'cos she looked so good to me i turned into gibberish-muttering jelly humanoid whenever i met her! hee hee. aaahhhh the beauty of post-adolescent romance...
woops i think i'm letting too much out of the bag, am i? a little nugget now and then, eh, to tempt you gossipy folks out there, hungry for the juicy stuff...
so lazy to do anything now. this office is just so nice and cool.
